Regular Shipping

Our standard Regular Shipping is a great choice for customers without an urgent delivery requirement. Most orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of order completion and shipment times will vary based on your location, courier availability, postal holidays and weather, as well as other unforeseeable events. All shipping charges will be calculated and visible at checkout prior to purchase.

Express Shipping

Our Express Shipping ensures that your order arrives as quickly as possible and typically should ship within 1-2 business days of being finalized. Charges will be calculated at checkout and are unavailable to all locations. While we will strive to meet the time quoted, we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays on the part of the courier that are out of our control.

Order Processing

All orders will be processed once we have received a payment that is confirmed and complete. Processing times are dependent on the availability of items on the order, the overall volume of orders being processed, customization, and special promotions. Customers ordering customized and made-to-order products may expect to see an increased processing time, which will be disclosed when applicable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, order size, weight, and shipping method selected. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Promotional free-shipping offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active in the courier system. You can use the tracking details provided to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter complete and accurate delivery information at the time of placing an order. Thenestmuse is not responsible for any failed deliveries or missed deliveries nor additional delivery charges imposed from any inaccurate or out-of-date information, including both postal and contact information, entered by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times that may be provided at checkout are approximations only and are not guaranteed delivery times. Delays may be imposed on the delivery of the package due to severely inclement weather, public holidays, courier delays, issues with transit, or other unforeseeable events over which Thenestmuse has no control over. Thenestmuse will reasonably attempt to address any delivery issues experienced by a customer.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If the package arrives damaged, please contact Thenestmuse immediately after receiving the delivery. Customers may be asked for photographs of the delivery, the product, the shipping label, and order details to properly assess the issue. A package will be deemed lost in transit if the courier confirms that it has been lost, at which time Thenestmuse will endeavor with delivery services to achieve an equitable resolution for the customer.

International Shipping

If international shipping options are available, delivery times will vary based on your country of purchase. Any relevant customs, import duties, clearance fees or any additional charges imposed by the destination country will not be your responsibility unless stated otherwise during checkout.

Multiple Shipments

In certain situations, with multiple items in one order the order might ship in separate packages to better speed up delivery depending on the item, its location in the warehouse, its size, or other logistic constraints. When this happens, you may find that your shipment receives multiple tracking numbers.
